As the marketing specialist for the team of Wayne Kress, Oscar Baltazar, and Coby Vance, Kristin is responsible for all facets of marketing including but not limited to creating dynamic property brochures, packages, presentations, correspondence, client relations, database maintenance and enhancement, and all other aspects of marketing as they relate to the Team.
